Modesto has had its share of scary events over the years during the fall season, and 2019 will be no exception. We've compiled a list of what we believe are the best Halloween events in Modesto for 2019, available for all ages, genders, sexual orientations, ages and genders. Monster of Modesta has moved a few times in the past, but we don't know yet where they will appear this year.
