“My child has attended this school for the last year and a half, and I have been very pleased with the quality of education, activities, and time spent in the classroom. I agree with a previous reviewer that the office staff needs some inter-personal skills training, as neither of them are very friendly or approachable. The PTA last year was awesome, this year the group seems less organized. Overall however, I am very happy with our experience and plan on staying there!”

“I have two children that attend Fair Oaks. First - there is a high degree of professionalism with the staff and teachers. The State test scores this year went through the roof! I am very happy with the addition of a V.P. this year. Respect for others is discussed daily in the announcements. The PTA this year is fabulous. The only negative to be said about this school is the grounds. While they are kept clean, they are old and need to be updated.”

“My son had a great kindergarten year with Mrs. Cook. Parent involvement excellent, many exciting activities. Only drawback: office staff extremely rude and snobby. I avoided going there as much as possible. But all in all a nice little school, could use some updating on the grounds.”

“This school did not please me at all. Some of the staff are very rude. Both my kids are not doing very well in this school. Me and my husband are paying over $6000.00 for our son to be taught how to read by a tutoring school. My daughter who is in Kind. is going to be held back. I have moved my children out of this school district.”

“Our family has moved several times because of my work. On two different occasions we have lived in an area where my children have attended Fair Oaks School. On both occasions my children have received the best education and guidance I have ever seen (private schools including). As a parent I notice the difference in my children when they attend Fair Oaks versus another school. The teachers seem to be truly interested in the progress of my children and on a couple of occasions I have received letters from the teachers stating how my child is doing and including their home phone number so if we have any questions we can call. On one occasion my daughter called her teacher after hours regarding a homework assignment and the teacher spent over an hour on the phone helping her understand the problem and working with her through it.”

“I have three children at Fair Oaks and all three want to go everyday and enjoy going to school, to me that says it all! All their teachers send home notes daily letting me know about my chldrens progress and at anytime I can call day or night and speak to anyone of their teachers either at school or their homes, to me that shows their dedication to my childrens education.”

“My son has attended this school for two years. Overall, I am quite happy with the carriculum, and the staff. I am not all that happy with his current teacher, although I do not feel that reflects the rest of the school. My son appears to be happy and well adjusted here. He enjoys learning and going to school. Those are markers to me.”
